Shipping & Returns
All packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel to ensure you receive fast, safe and reliable delivery service.
When an order is placed the customer will receive an initial email letting them know the order has been received
A second email will be sent confirming when the order has been processed and shipped out.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship.
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the order has been shipped.
Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the customer
We will not backorder product, if there are any shortages we will contact you before shipping.
